-quoted from star wars.

interesting phrase i suddenly remembered.
remembered this story norman told me couple of days ago
but, due to my bad memory, most of the story i cant remember
but this is my edited version. haha!

an eagle egg was lost and ended up with chicken eggs
it grew up and learnt the ways of the chicken not knowing its real identity and its hidden capabilities
the eagle grew up and at times, the farmer let them out to eat and play
one day, the small eagle saw a big eagle soaring above the skies with a snake in its mouth
it asked its mum, mummy mummy!! what is that?
the hen replied, son, its an eagle, it eats snakes and snakes eat us
now, get inside, hurry.
the eagle was puzzled,
why do we need to run??
the hen replied.. if the eagle drops the snake, it will eat us. thats life.
the next day, the small eagle ran into the big eagle at the mountains
the small eagle was frightened and tried to hide from the big eagle
sonny, why are you hiding? asked the big eagle
you will eat me, or bring the snake to eat me. replied the small eagle
eat you? haha! you are an eagle, you eat the snakes instead
but but, im a chick! i eat worms, i live in the farm with my family
you? a chick? look at your talons, your beak and your wings, you are not a chick in every ways.
but but, i cant fly!
fly? follow me, jump off this cliff and you shall become a true eagle.
with that, the big eagle jumps off and flew away
the small eagle thinking alot about what the eagle said and tried on a boulder, btu try as it might, the boulder was not high enough to take flight.
the next day, the big eagle returned and circled the skies
the small eagle thought about it and finally mustered all the confidence and courage it had and finally jumps off
the small eagle took flight that day and became a full-fledged eagle with its true identity back.

so, what is the morale of the story?
:)

think for youself. lets see how it relates..
