Killo-centric behavior

Question for ponder.

Does emotions play a part in making life tough?

many a times, people says life is tough, life is difficult, life is sad and so on..
does it occur to them, life is lived by themselves?
As many authors and famous rich men have said, you control your destiny and play the reposible role of molding them to whichever you wish.
So, heres my clash of thought. Why do some make their own lives more miserable than it should have.

Case study : 'Best friends for life' was the words this subjecct used. Alpha we shall name her. Does friendship last for life? or does friendship burns like a coal where it must end at a point. whichever the case, looking into our first subject of matter, a life that should be enough and satisfactory to many seems terrible and unbearable for Alpha.

perfectionist may be the cause of the high expectations and demands of 'better' yet there can be no better. who determines what's best or better or certainly even worst? is -1 the lowest possible number? or must there be a limit for universal control?

This leads to my topic, emotions. where emotions comes to place for Alpha, it always will be the sadness, disappointment and tears. The failure to meet expectations, the disappointment and tears that follows when things go wrong. But never once have life played the role of the devil. With one strike of evil, a resistance of good appears. The balance of nature. How bad can a situation be?

Quick thought for solutions here may just be the key for solving Alpha's problems. A blank piece of paper which represents your life be used here. a dot or dirt at any point may be the first thing that catches your eye. But observe closely and you might notice that this point is just a mere portion to the overall massive size of the paper compared. Again, how bad can a problem (dirt / point in this representation) be compared to what life is and what good that may follow. Blessings always comes in disguise.

With this, it miakes me wonder. the killo-centric behavior of mine. Does it have a better result? yet, who judges better from bad to good?

to a friend so far, so lost, so gone.
